Values in these tables come straight from our product data and update when it changes. Items marked On request are confirmed at the quote stage.

Simple merch that does not combine several items takes about 10 business days as standard, and kits or packages that combine several items take about 14 business days.

Delays in sending files or approving mockups push the production schedule back by the same number of days (Terms, Article 8). If the schedule is tight, O-SEAN first checks whether items with a finalized design and a simple process can be made faster than the standard lead time.

Items with acrylic molding or special finishing are hard to rush and carry an extra charge.
