Orders & quotes

What is the minimum quantity for a merch order?

The minimum quantity for a merch order varies by item, and apparel can be made from 1 piece. The light crew neck tee, sweatshirt, hoodie and zip-up hoodie start from 1 piece, acrylic keyrings from 50, stickers and tumblers from 100, ball caps from 200 and paper shopping bags from 1,000.

For items with the minimum marked "Inquire", your consultant confirms the quantity requirement at the quote stage.

How is the unit price set?

The merch unit price is set by quantity, fabric or material, print method and finishing, and the same item costs less per unit as the quantity tier rises. For apparel, unit prices for the 1, 50, 100, 500 and 1,000-piece tiers can be checked as estimated prices on the product pages.

To lower the cost, you can match the quantity to the next price tier, reduce the number of logo colors for screen printing, or reduce the print positions to one.

Is the quantity on the quote counted per piece or per set?

The quantity unit on the quote is written for each item in the quote's product specification field, and O-SEAN produces the quantity and unit confirmed before payment. Bundles of several items, such as welcome kits, are quoted per set.

Before payment, confirm with your consultant that the total quantity and unit on the quote match the quantity you need.

Can I get a consultation before ordering?

Yes, you can get a consultation before ordering through the quote and 1:1 consultation form on the website. Send the item, quantity, event date and your logo or reference images, and your consultant will advise on the available specs and schedule.

A quote request or initial consultation alone does not form a production contract, so you can ask freely.

Do you make character and IP merch?

Yes, O-SEAN makes game and entertainment character IP merch for both free giveaways and retail sale. Colors and character proportions are checked against the license guide, and one mockup is included by default.

Any design, trademark or logo you provide must be material you are legally allowed to use.

Can I reorder with the same design as a previous order?

Yes, you can request a reorder with the same design as a previous order. Share the previous order details when requesting a quote, and your consultant will check whether the same specs can be produced.

Printed colors can vary slightly by production run, so if the color must match, note that the reorder should match the previous physical product.

Lead time & scheduling

How long does merch production usually take?

The standard merch production time is about 10 business days for simple merch and about 14 business days for kits and packages, and lead time by item ranges from 1 week to 5 weeks. The minimum order and lead time for key items are in the table.

Delivery time is separate, so confirm the receiving date at the quote stage.

The minimum orders and lead times in the table reflect public product data as of October 2026, and lead time is counted in business days from payment and final mockup approval.

When does the lead time start?

The lead time starts when payment is complete and the final mockup and product specs are confirmed, and the lead time is counted in business days. One week in the table counts as 5 business days, and the basis is in Terms, Article 8.

Delays in sending files, approving mockups or making decisions can push production and delivery back by the same number of days. If the event date is fixed, set the mockup approval schedule first.

When should I order to meet my event date?

To set the order date for an event, start from the event date and count back the mockup approval period, the item's lead time and the delivery time. For example, apparel with a 2-week lead time is finished 2 weeks after mockup approval and payment, so add the days for mockup discussion and delivery, plus time to check quantity and condition after receipt, to leave a buffer.

Share the event date when requesting a quote, and your consultant will plan the schedule back from the event date. For example, if the event is on Friday, November 20, 2026, you want to receive the goods two days earlier on Wednesday, November 18, and delivery takes 2 business days, the goods must ship on Monday, November 16, so apparel with a 2-week (10 business day) lead time needs mockup approval and payment finished by Friday, October 30.

Can the schedule be shortened when the event is close?

The schedule can be shortened below the standard lead time for items with a finalized design and a simple process. Items with acrylic molding or special finishing are hard to rush, and a shortened schedule carries an extra charge.

Share the deadline and delivery location, and O-SEAN will confirm feasibility, delivery method and extra cost at the quote stage.

Does production take longer in peak seasons such as year-end or summer?

In peak seasons, schedules can change because of material supply or shipping conditions, so ordering earlier than usual is recommended. If material supply or shipping conditions affect the delivery schedule, O-SEAN informs you in advance and agrees on the schedule with you.

For summer events, handheld fans have a standard lead time of 1 to 2 weeks, and umbrellas, beach towels and neck coolers 2 weeks, so get a quote before the season starts.

Will you tell me in advance if shipping will be later than the scheduled date?

Yes, if shipping will be later than the scheduled date, O-SEAN tells you the reason without delay and agrees on a new delivery schedule. O-SEAN also explains the reason and the revised schedule when a cause beyond control occurs, such as natural disasters, shipping delays or material supply problems.

You can check progress with your consultant at any time.

Design, mockups & files

Can I place a request without a design mockup or guide?

Yes, you can place a request without a mockup or design guide. A single logo file, a reference image or a rough idea is enough.

Even when the direction is not set yet, your consultant works with you from concept to mockup.

Can I check a mockup or a physical sample before production?

Yes, a mockup check before printing is standard for every item, and a physical sample can be made depending on the item. For brand and IP merch where color matters, O-SEAN recommends matching color on a printed physical sample rather than on a monitor.

Sample cost and timing are given per item at the quote stage, and apparel is made from 1 piece, so you can receive one piece first before the main order.

What format should design files be in?

Designs with text and logos come out sharpest when sent as vector files such as PDF or AI. Image files such as JPG and PNG can print blurry if the resolution is low for the print size, and items cut to shape, such as acrylic keyrings and die-cut stickers, need a PNG with a transparent background.

If you are not sure which file works, send the files you have as they are, and your consultant will check them.

Can I send RGB files, or do I need to convert to CMYK?

Print files should be prepared in CMYK. Monitors show color in RGB, so printing an RGB file as is can make colors darker or duller.

For a logo where color matters, share the brand color values and check the actual color on a mockup or sample. More detail on specifying colors is in the print methods guide.

Should I remove trim lines and guide lines from the template before sending?

Yes, working guide lines such as trim lines and safe-area lines must be removed before saving. Guide lines that are not removed may be printed.

Keep text and artwork that must not be cut inside the safe area, and extend the background past the trim line so no white margin appears at the edge.

Will a phone photo or a small image print with good quality?

An image below 300 dpi at the actual print size prints blurry, and printing 10 cm wide needs an original of about 1,200 pixels wide or more. Enlarging a small image makes pixels visible, so send phone photos at their original resolution.

The file preparation standards are in the print methods guide.

Do thin lines and small text print well?

Very thin lines and small text can break up or blur. Thin lines and small text are especially at risk on uneven surfaces such as fabric or rubber, and with embroidery or foil finishing.

Switch thin fonts to bold fonts, and make line weights and text sizes generous.

Do printed colors come out darker than on screen?

Yes, most printed items come out slightly darker and less saturated than on screen. A monitor creates color with light, while printing lays ink on paper, fabric or other materials, so the difference can grow depending on the fabric or base color.

Brighten dark photos a little before sending, and if color matters, check the color with a mockup and sample first.

Will you tell me before production if there is a problem with my file?

O-SEAN checks files at the mockup stage, and production starts after you confirm the final mockup. O-SEAN cannot take responsibility for errors in the design, text, quantity or specs you gave final approval to, or for problems caused by materials you supplied, unless O-SEAN acted with intent or negligence.

Before approving, zoom in and check typos, logo colors and print positions carefully.

Payment, contracts, changes & refunds

How do I pay?

Once the quote is confirmed, you pay through a payment link and can choose card payment, real-time bank transfer or direct deposit from a corporate account. The payment link opens on the order and payment page, and the production cost, VAT and shipping fee are shown in the quote or on the payment screen.

Card payments are processed by the payment provider integrated with O-SEAN.

Do you issue tax invoices and transaction statements?

Yes, O-SEAN issues tax invoices, transaction statements and other documents needed for corporate purchasing. Quotes with unit prices by quantity are prepared in a format ready for internal approval.

Share your business details and O-SEAN will prepare the documents with the quote, and cash receipts are also issued according to applicable law and the information you provide.

Does receiving a quote create a contract right away?

No, a quote request or initial consultation alone does not form a production contract. The contract is formed when key terms such as product specs, quantity, price and delivery date are confirmed, payment is complete, and O-SEAN notifies you that the order has been accepted (Terms, Article 6).

If a separate production contract is signed, the contract is formed at the time set in that separate production contract.

Can I change the quantity or design, or cancel, after ordering?

You can request changes to or cancellation of an order until production starts. Changes to specs, quantity, design or delivery date can also change the production cost and delivery schedule.

Changing or cancelling after production starts may mean you bear the costs already incurred for design, samples, materials, printing, production and shipping, and the exact production start point and cancellation costs are stated in the quote or during the order process.

Can custom-made products be refunded or withdrawn?

Merch made individually to order may be restricted from withdrawal. O-SEAN explains whether withdrawal is restricted, and obtains your consent, separately before order or payment (Terms, Article 10).

For business-to-business transactions, changes, cancellations and refunds follow the individual contract, quote, confirmed order terms and Terms of Service. Orders placed as a consumer follow Korea's Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and when O-SEAN is at fault, such as a product defect or wrong delivery, O-SEAN arranges a remake, exchange, refund or other necessary action.

Quality, inspection & defects

What should I do if the product I received is defective?

If the product you received is defective, report the defect with photos within 5 business days of receipt (Terms, Article 11). O-SEAN reviews the report and arranges a remake, exchange, refund or other appropriate action depending on the extent and cause of the defect.

Defects that are hard to find on receipt, or defects caused by O-SEAN's intent or gross negligence, are not excused just because the 5-business-day reporting period has passed.

What should I do if the quantity is short or a different product arrived?

If the quantity is short or a different product arrived, report the issue with photos or other supporting evidence within 5 business days of receipt. Check quantity, specs, damage and production quality as soon as the goods arrive.

When O-SEAN is at fault, such as a wrong delivery, O-SEAN verifies the issue and arranges a remake, exchange, refund or other necessary action.

Do you inspect before shipping?

Yes, O-SEAN checks quantity and print quality before shipping and does not ship goods that differ from the sample or approved mockup. After receiving the goods, also check quantity, specs, damage and production quality, and report any problem with photos within 5 business days (Terms, Article 11).

For event giveaways, ordering more than the needed quantity is the safe choice, to cover on-site damage or extra attendees.

Is a slight shift in print position or cut line a defect?

A shift in print position or cut line within the manufacturing tolerance for color, print position and size is not treated as a defect, and the tolerance follows the quote, product information or pre-production notice. Cut lines and trimming can shift slightly by the nature of the process, so avoid designs with borders aligned exactly to the cut line or text right at the edge.

If the difference exceeds the tolerance, report the difference with photos within 5 business days of receipt.

Can colors differ on a reorder or a large order?

Yes, colors can differ slightly on a reorder or a large order, even with the same file, depending on the production run or print method. Small and large runs sometimes use different print methods, and fabric or paper from different production batches can also differ.

For a series of merch that must match in color, order the series at once, or at the quote stage ask for the reorder to match the previous physical product.

Delivery & packing

How much is shipping, and do you deliver to islands, remote areas or overseas?

Yes, O-SEAN delivers to islands, remote areas and overseas, and the shipping cost varies by item, quantity and destination and is shown as an amount in the quote or on the payment screen. If the goods go to several locations or must be delivered directly to an event venue, mention it when requesting a quote.

Can items be individually packed?

Yes, some items come individually packed as standard or offer individual packing as an option. The light tee, sweatshirt and hoodie offer individual OPP bags, size stickers and labels, and acrylic keyrings, lenticular keyrings, windbreakers, uniform jerseys, golf umbrellas and beach towels ship in OPP bags.

For items not listed, mention that you need individual packing when requesting a quote, and O-SEAN will confirm availability and cost.

What should I do if products arrive creased or damaged?

If products arrive creased or damaged, report the issue within 5 business days of receipt with photos of the packaging and the damaged parts. O-SEAN reviews the report and arranges a remake, exchange or refund depending on the extent and cause of the defect.

For print items that must not crease, such as posters and cards, mention it when requesting a quote so the packing method can be confirmed at the quote stage.

If I order several items together, will they be delivered at once?

Several items ordered together can ship at different times, because each item has its own lead time. For example, stickers take 1 week, tumblers 2 weeks and paper shopping bags 4 weeks, so receiving everything at once means following the schedule of the item that takes longest.

Share how you want to receive the goods when requesting a quote, and O-SEAN will give the schedule and shipping cost that fit that receiving method.

Apparel (tees, sweatshirts, hoodies)

Can team tees be ordered from 1 piece?

Yes, team tees such as the light crew neck tee, light sweatshirt, light hoodie and light zip-up hoodie are made from 1 piece. Unit prices are set by quantity tier (1, 50, 100, 500 and 1,000 pieces), and choosing color, size and print options on each product page shows the estimated price.

Windbreaker jackets are made from 50 pieces and uniform jerseys from 100 pieces.

How should I choose sizes for team wear?

Sizes for team wear should be chosen by actual measurements rather than size labels. The same L can differ by product and fit, so measure the chest width and total length of a garment that fits well and compare the measurements with the size information on the product page.

The light tee, sweatshirt and hoodie come in 6 sizes and are made from 1 piece, so having a few people with typical builds try samples before the team order is the surest method.

Is the tee fabric thick?

The light crew neck tee fabric is 100% cotton, 30s, 140 g/㎡ single jersey, so the tee is light and breathable rather than thick. A higher yarn count means finer yarn and thinner fabric, so 30s fabric suits summer events, and light colors such as white can be slightly see-through.

If see-through fabric is a concern, receive 1 piece first to check the fabric and color before deciding the quantity.

What fabric are the sweatshirts and hoodies made of?

The light sweatshirt is made of 60% cotton and 40% polyester double-knit fabric, and the light hoodie and light zip-up hoodie are made of 85% cotton and 15% polyester double-knit fabric. Thickness and seasonal warmth feel different depending on where the garments are worn, so checking with 1 sample piece is the accurate way.

For a midwinter event, share when the garments will be worn when requesting a quote, and your consultant will suggest a suitable product.

How are windbreakers and uniform jerseys made?

Windbreaker jackets are made of 100% nylon and uniform jerseys of 100% polyester, both printed with full-color digital transfer. The print size is up to 28 cm wide, or up to 10 cm wide on the front, and each piece is packed in an individual OPP bag.

The minimum order is 50 pieces for windbreakers and 100 pieces for uniform jerseys, and the lead times are 2 weeks and 4 weeks respectively.

What logo sizes and positions are available?

On the light tee, sweatshirt and hoodie, logos can be printed on the front and back in small 2 to 10 cm, medium 10 to 20 cm or large 20 to 28 cm sizes. Embroidery can be 2 to 8 cm, and woven labels and patches are 5 cm.

Confirming the position on the mockup as a number of centimeters below the neckline reduces variation, and if you want different print sizes for different garment sizes in a team order that includes large sizes, mention it when requesting a quote.

What methods are used to put logos on apparel?

Logos can be put on apparel with four methods: printing, embroidery, woven labels and patches, and on the light tee, sweatshirt and hoodie product pages the method can be chosen separately for the front and back. The product page shows the estimated price right away, and the final price is sent in a quote after the mockup is confirmed.

Embroidery pricing depends on the size and complexity of the design, and designs with many thin lines can be hard to embroider. Windbreaker jackets and uniform jerseys are printed with full-color digital transfer.

Do garment colors come out the same as on screen?

Garment colors and print colors can look slightly different from the screen. The light tee, sweatshirt and hoodie come in 18 colors, and mid-tone colors such as gray or ivory can look more different depending on the monitor.

On dark fabric, the same ink can look darker than on white fabric, so if color matters, receive 1 piece first and check the color in person.

How should printed garments be washed to last longer?

To make printed garments last longer, turn the garments inside out and wash at about 30℃ with a neutral detergent or by hand, and avoid machine drying. Do not use chlorine or oxygen bleach, which damages the print and fabric.

Care labels for the light tee, sweatshirt and hoodie are in the size information on each product page, and sharing the care method when handing out team wear helps the garments last longer.

Stickers, cards, print & packaging

What sticker types are there, and how do I choose gloss or matte?

O-SEAN makes two sticker types, removable die-cut stickers and holographic stickers, from 100 pieces with a 1-week lead time, and both sticker types come in gloss or matte. Gloss suits vivid color, and matte suits a calm look without glare.

The removable die-cut sticker uses removable Yupo material, so the sticker is easy to apply and remove on flat surfaces but may lift on curved surfaces.

How should I prepare files for stickers cut to the shape of the artwork?

For stickers cut along the outline of the artwork, send a PNG file with a transparent background or a file with the cut line drawn. A JPG with a background fills the removed area with white, and the sticker may be cut as a rectangle.

The cut line position can be checked on the mockup, so leave a little space between the artwork and the cut line.

What should I watch out for when printing on holographic stickers?

When printing on holographic stickers, use large lettering in dark colors, and check on the mockup whether parts that must stand out need a white base print. Light colors on the hologram let the background show through and are hard to see, while areas with a white base lose the holographic effect.

Decide at the mockup stage which areas keep the holographic effect and which areas need clear color.

Can you make photo cards, postcards or lenticular cards?

Yes, O-SEAN makes photo cards and postcards, and the minimum quantity and paper are given at the quote stage. Lenticular cards are made from 50 pieces with a 2-week lead time and include full-color printing on the back with rounded corners and coating.

If recipients will write on the postcards by hand, the postcards need paper that takes writing well, so mention it when requesting a quote.

Do you make posters?

Yes, O-SEAN makes A3 posters, and quantity, paper and packing method are given at the quote stage. Posters crease easily in transit, so for exhibition or event use, mention that the posters must arrive without creases when requesting a quote.

If a poster arrives creased or damaged, report the damage with photos within 5 business days.

Do you make shopping bags or packaging boxes?

Yes, O-SEAN makes paper shopping bags from 1,000 pieces in 4 weeks and single box packages from 100 pieces in 2 weeks. The single box package can use New Eco Black 300 g paper with inside and outside gold foil finishing.

Designs with full-bleed color can show cracks in the print along the folds, so check the fold line positions at the mockup stage.

Keyrings & acrylic

What is the minimum quantity for keyrings, and what types can be made?

The minimum quantity for keyring and acrylic merch ranges from 30 to 1,000 pieces depending on the item, and acrylic keyrings and film keyrings are made from 50 pieces in 1 week. The minimum order and lead time for each item are in the table.

Size and ring type are decided at the quote stage to fit the design and use.

Which side of an acrylic keyring is printed?

An acrylic keyring in clear acrylic is usually printed on one side and viewed through the acrylic from the other side, so the design can look mirrored from the printed side. For designs with text, decide which side is the front and check the orientation on the mockup.

Whether the design needs to be mirrored can be settled with your consultant at the mockup stage.

What should I watch out for when designing an acrylic keyring?

When designing an acrylic keyring, keep the outline generous and round the corners, because thin protruding parts break easily. Printing on acrylic can look lighter than the artwork, so raising the saturation slightly brings the result closer to the intended color.

Make the white base layer slightly smaller than the artwork so the white base does not show at the edges.

My acrylic product looks cloudy and scratched. Is it defective?

If an acrylic product looks cloudy and scratched, first check whether protective film is still on the surface before treating the product as defective. Acrylic products are often shipped with protective film on both sides to prevent scratches, and the products look cloudy and scratched until the film is peeled off.

If scratches or marks remain after removing the film, report them with photos within 5 business days of receipt.

Hats, bags, stationery & living

How are logos put on ball caps and bucket hats?

Logos are put on ball caps and bucket hats with logo embroidery, and the minimum order is 200 pieces each. The lead time is 2 to 3 weeks for ball caps and 4 weeks for bucket hats.

Embroidery has difficulty with thin lines and small text, so for a small design, thicken the lines or cut the number of characters, and check the position and size on the mockup.

What materials and print methods are used for eco bags and pouches?

Eco bags come in a choice of materials with a logo in two-color rubber-ink printing and are made from 100 pieces in 2 weeks. The waterproof clear eco bag is PVC with one-color printing (one or both sides) from 200 pieces in 5 weeks, the hard pouch has one-color printing from 200 pieces in 2 to 3 weeks, and the cooler bag is canvas color fabric with a print area up to 20×20, from 100 pieces in 2 weeks.

If the bag must hold something specific, such as a laptop or A4 documents, mention it when requesting a quote and O-SEAN will suggest a suitable size.

What types of logo pens are there?

Logo pens come in three types, the clip pen original (black ink), the link pen and the engraved wood pen, with the logo applied by single-side printing, UV printing and engraving respectively. The clip pen original is made from 100 pieces in 2 weeks, the link pen from 50 pieces in 1 week and the engraved wood pen from 100 pieces in 1 week.

Writing feel and refill options differ by product, so if writing feel matters, check a sample at the quote stage. Engraving is shallow on the surface, so small text needs to be a little larger to stay legible.

Are the memo pads sticky, like notes you can stick and peel off?

No, the memo pads O-SEAN makes are non-adhesive memo pads, so the memo pads do not stick and peel like Post-it notes. Minimum quantity and lead time are given at the quote stage.

Edges can shift slightly during trimming, so designs that keep borders and text away from the edge are the safe choice.

Does a photo or artwork on a cushion look distorted?

Yes, once a cushion is filled, the edges puff out round and artwork near the border can look curved. Place faces and text in the center, and leave generous margins at the edges.

Sequin flip cushions are made from 100 pieces in 2 weeks, and custom shaped cushions are made from 50 pieces.

Can socks and slippers be made with a logo?

Yes, socks are made from 200 pieces in 4 weeks and slippers from 50 pieces in 2 to 3 weeks, and slippers carry the design in full-color printing. Socks are knitted, so fine detail is hard to show, and simple, large logos work well.

Confirm the size range at the quote stage, and people between sizes are safer choosing the larger size.

Tumblers, digital & seasonal goods

What methods are used to put logos on tumblers?

Logos are put on the color tumbler, curling tumbler 350ml and premium tumbler with a choice of laser engraving, screen printing or UV film, and the reusable tumbler (PP) is printed in full color, with all four tumblers made from 100 pieces in 2 weeks. Laser engraving marks the surface, so there is no print layer to peel, while screen printing and UV film can show color but can be affected by frequent washing or strong friction.

For tumblers washed every day, confirm dishwasher suitability at the quote stage.

Do printed colors look lighter on clear cups?

Yes, printed colors look lighter on clear cups because the background shows through. Bright colors such as pastels need a white base printed underneath to look clear, and thin lines can let the white base show at the edges.

For light-colored designs on the clear reusable tumbler, check on the mockup whether a white base print is available and whether the line weights are sufficient.

Can a print wrap around the whole cup or cover a large area?

For a large print that wraps around the whole cup, the cup holder, made with a full-color background (gang-run printing) from 300 pieces in 2 weeks, is the closest fit. Each tumbler has a fixed printable area, so send the design you want and your consultant will show the printable range on a mockup.

What are the mouse pads and desk pads made of, and do they smell?

The full-color overlock natural rubber mouse pad is printed in full color on a natural rubber base with overlocked edges, and the mouse pad and the long desk pad are made from 100 pieces in 2 weeks. Natural rubber products can have a rubber smell when new, so air the pads out for a day or two after receipt before use.

If you need a specific size, measure your desk width first and include the measurement in your quote request.

Do detailed designs come out well on logo towels?

Very small text or detailed artwork can look blurred on logo towels because of the fabric surface, so simple, large logos sent as high-resolution files give good results. Logo towels are made of 40s cotton at 180 g, from 100 pieces in 2 weeks.

Beach towels are made of 95% polyester and 5% nylon at 390 gsm, from 50 pieces in 2 weeks.
