The minimum order quantities and lead times in the table reflect public product data as of October 2026, and lead time is counted in business days from payment and final mockup approval.
When does the lead time start?
The lead time starts when payment is complete and the final mockup and product specs are confirmed, and it is counted in business days. One week in the table counts as 5 business days, as set out in Terms, Article 8.
Delays in sending files, approving mockups or making decisions can push production and delivery back by the same number of days. If your event date is fixed, it is best to plan the mockup review schedule first.
When should I order to meet my event date?
To set the order date for an event, start from the event date and count back the mockup approval period, the item's lead time and the delivery time. For example, apparel with a 2-week lead time is finished 2 weeks after mockup approval and payment, so add the days for mockup discussion and delivery, plus time to check quantity and condition after receipt, to leave a buffer.
Share the event date when requesting a quote, and your consultant will plan the schedule back from the event date. For example, if the event is on Friday, November 20, 2026, you want to receive the goods two days earlier on Wednesday, November 18, and delivery takes 2 business days, the goods must ship on Monday, November 16, so apparel with a 2-week (10 business day) lead time needs mockup approval and payment finished by Friday, October 30.
Can the schedule be shortened when the event is close?
The schedule can be shortened below the standard lead time for items with a finalized design and a simple process. Items with acrylic molding or special finishing are hard to rush, and a shortened schedule carries an extra charge.
Share the deadline and delivery location, and O-SEAN will confirm feasibility, delivery method and extra cost at the quote stage.
Does production take longer in peak seasons such as year-end or summer?
In peak seasons, schedules can change because of material supply or shipping conditions, so ordering earlier than usual is recommended. If material supply or shipping conditions affect the delivery schedule, O-SEAN informs you in advance and agrees on the schedule with you.
For summer events, handheld fans have a standard lead time of 1 to 2 weeks, and umbrellas, beach towels and neck coolers 2 weeks, so get a quote before the season starts.
Will you tell me in advance if shipping will be later than the scheduled date?
Yes, if shipping will be later than the scheduled date, O-SEAN tells you the reason without delay and agrees on a new delivery schedule. O-SEAN also explains the reason and the revised schedule when a cause beyond control occurs, such as natural disasters, shipping delays or material supply problems.
