With a licensed run, my biggest fear was the character colors coming out different from the screen. They pulled a physical sample and matched the color first, which really put me at ease. The units arrived in time for our G-Star booth, so I'll likely reach out again for the next title.

Not many places will take a run of 50, but they handled the small batch happily. They proposed the box and the contents with us, and on start-up morning a kit was sitting on every desk. We're going with the same setup for the next intake.

Promo goods for our dealerships meant a lot to juggle, and it's surprisingly hard to find a place that handles it all in one stop. I handed over a logo and they took care of the design drafts, fitting product suggestions, and shipping. The itemized PDF quote went straight into our approval, too.

We threw it at them with only 3 weeks to the event, yet they built the schedule backward from the deadline. Splitting it into VIP and visitor versions to fit the budget was a big help too.

At only 100 units the per-piece price wasn't dirt cheap, sure. But they sent the quote right back, so my report up the chain was quick. The finish came out clean, and the quality left me really happy.

We placed it as a single order, but it had to be split out to several field offices. They matched the quantities for each destination and shipped them separately, so there was far less for us to handle. The event dates differed from region to region, and they worked around those schedules too.
