Smilegate is a game company behind titles such as Lost Ark, CrossFire and Epic Seven.
O-SEAN produced 40,000 units of 11 licensed IP merch items for Smilegate within two weeks, and 8,380 booth merch items for AGF (Anime X Game Festival) in December 2025.
AO Entertainment · PrimroseArtist debut merch
O-SEAN made debut merch for Primrose, an artist with AO Entertainment.
Starting before sizes and specs were set, we planned 1,400 units across 6 items, including plush keyrings and tees, and delivered in 4 weeks for a pop-up in Sweden.
Special Force GirlsIdol concert IP
O-SEAN made IP collaboration merch for the Special Force Girls idol concert.
We produced 860 concert tees featuring 5 illustrators over about 50 days and delivered on the planned date.

SEJUNG · TremoloFashion brand promotion
O-SEAN made promotional merch with Tremolo, a brand of fashion company SEJUNG.
We designed 10,000 promotional cooling sleeves in a cooling, UV-blocking functional fabric, including packaging, delivered them on an 8-week schedule, and continued with two more runs in 2026.
Local StitchCo-living and co-working brand
Local Stitch is a neighborhood-based co-living and co-working space brand.
O-SEAN made merch with Local Stitch twice in 2025.

Scrub DaddyHousehold brand
Scrub Daddy is a household brand known for its smiley-face cleaning sponge.
O-SEAN handled Scrub Daddy's third reorder of 100 tees and produced them in two weeks with the same quality as before.

Chungnam Fire HeadquartersPublic institution
Chungnam Fire Headquarters is the public institution responsible for fire services in South Chungcheong Province.
We produced 3,000 silicone wristbands for the 8th National Fire Sports Games, engraved by number range, within two weeks of design approval.

Cobak is a Korean crypto community platform.
Over about nine months, we coordinated items, budget and design changes with Cobak and a global IP partner to produce a VIP merch kit of 8 items, 100 units each, from tumblers to packaging, and followed through to individual regional deliveries.
