The same event name, a different number on every band
For silicone wristbands made for the 8th Fire Commissioner's Cup National Firefighters Sports Games, we engraved a different number on each band, from 1 to 3000. The 3,000 bands ordered by Chungnam Fire Headquarters carry the fire service emblem and event name, with the number distinguishing each band.
The colors were split into 2,600 blue bands for Nos. 1–2600 and 400 white bands for Nos. 2601–3000. We worked from mockup images without a physical sample. Production took 2 weeks after design approval, from September 1 to 14, 2026.
The organizer had been worried about whether the fire service emblem would engrave cleanly, but was happy with the result, which came out without any problems. O-SEAN adjusted the unit price to move production forward, and during production we checked for potential defects in advance and refined the design.
After bundling the products in the order the organizer requested, we delivered ahead of the scheduled date. In their review, the organizer noted that there were hardly any defects and that everything went smoothly through to delivery.
