What should I include when requesting a quote?
A quote can start with just three details, the item, quantity and preferred delivery date, and adding your logo file, print position, packing and delivery needs, and per-person budget makes the quote more accurate.
- Item or purpose: a use such as "new-hire welcome kit" or "team tees for a sports day" is enough.
- Quantity: if the quantity is not final, give a range such as 80 to 120. Unit prices change by quantity tier.
- Preferred delivery date: share both the event date and the date you need to receive the goods.
- Logo and design files: original files such as AI or PDF are preferred, and image files also work.
- Print position and method: share any preference, or O-SEAN will suggest a method that suits the item.

The lead times in the table are in business days, and 1 week counts as 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Simple merch that does not combine several items takes about 10 business days as standard, and kits or packages that combine several items take about 14 business days.
Delays in sending files or approving mockups push the production schedule back by the same number of days (Terms, Article 8). If the schedule is tight, O-SEAN first checks whether items with a finalized design and a simple process can be made faster than the standard lead time.
Items with acrylic molding or special finishing are hard to rush and carry an extra charge.
When should I order to meet my event date?
To set the order date for an event, start from the event date and subtract delivery time, production time and mockup approval time in turn.

Assuming delivery takes 2 business days, the tees must ship on Monday, November 16, and subtracting 10 business days of production means mockup approval and payment must be finished by Friday, October 30.
Actual delivery time varies by region and quantity, so share your event date and your consultant will count back from the event date and plan the schedule.
How should I prepare design files?
Original logo files (vector files such as AI or PDF) give the most accurate print, and if you do not have the original files, a mockup can also start from image files.
- Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) print sharp even when enlarged.
- Image files (PNG, JPG) need enough resolution at the print size. O-SEAN tells you at the mockup stage if the resolution is too low.
- If your brand colors are set, send the Pantone numbers or brand guide as well.
- Convert fonts to outlines, or send the font files along with the design.
- A mockup or design guide is not required. With a single logo or reference image, your consultant will create the mockup.
How is the merch unit price set?
The merch unit price is set by quantity, material, print method and finishing, and the same product costs less per unit as quantity rises.

How are goods packed and delivered?
Packing starts from each item's standard packing, with options such as individual OPP bags, size stickers and labels, and delivery goes to the designated address, with the shipping cost shown in the quote or on the payment screen.
- Apparel can be packed in individual OPP bags, with size stickers or labels attached.
- Items such as acrylic keyrings, lenticular keyrings, umbrellas and beach towels ship in individual OPP bags.
- If you need sorting by department or person, delivery to multiple addresses or direct delivery to a venue, mention it in your inquiry. O-SEAN will quote the method and cost for the item and quantity.
- For overseas delivery, O-SEAN provides an English quote along with customs document guidance.
What if there is a problem with the goods I received?
When the goods arrive, check quantity, specs and damage, and report any defect, wrong delivery or shortage with photos within 5 business days of receipt (Terms, Article 11).
- If a defect, wrong delivery or production different from the contract is confirmed, O-SEAN covers the return cost (Terms, Article 10).
- You can request changes or cancellation of an order until production starts (Terms, Article 9). After production starts, costs already incurred for design, samples, materials and printing may apply.
- Whether withdrawal is restricted for custom-made products is explained separately, and your consent is obtained, before order or payment.
- Withdrawal for orders placed as a consumer follows Korea's Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and Terms, Article 10.
