What should go into a welcome kit?

Build a welcome kit around things new hires use at work from day one. Add everyday items such as tumblers and tote bags to desk items such as notebooks and pens, and include electronics such as power banks or charging stands when the budget per person allows.

Minimums and production times come from each product listing and can change with the print method and quantity.

What to check

  • Number of items: More items mean a bigger box and higher packaging costs, so decide the item count within the budget per person first.
  • Packaging: A kit delivered as one set in a gift box or shopping bag says welcome more clearly than loose items.
  • Hiring pace: Companies that hire steadily often produce a larger batch at once and hand kits out over time.
