- 2QuoteYour consultant sends a quote with unit prices by quantity and the lead time. A quote request or consultation alone does not form a production contract (Terms, Article 6).
- 3Mockup approvalO-SEAN creates a mockup from your logo and text that shows print position and size. You can start with a single logo or reference image, even without a mockup or design guide.
- 4Sample (if needed)For brand merch and IP merch where color matters, O-SEAN recommends matching color with a physical printed sample. Sample cost and timing are given per item at the quote stage.
- 5Payment & productionThe order is accepted once specs, quantity, price and delivery date are confirmed and payment is complete. Lead time is counted from payment and final approval of the mockup and specs.
- 6InspectionO-SEAN checks quantity and print quality before shipping and does not ship goods that differ from the sample or approved mockup.
- 7Packing & deliveryGoods are packed in the agreed way and sent to the designated address. After receiving the goods, please check quantity, specs and any damage.
