SuperWalk: 7 Types of Branded Goods, 1,170 Units, from Short-Sleeve Tees to Sports Towels in 4 Weeks

"We will go with O-SEAN again next year" A second order, prepared together for the 4th-anniversary event

SuperWalk placed their first order in April 2025 for three items: acrylic keyrings, removable stickers, and short-sleeve tees. The following year, ahead of their 4th-anniversary event, they reached out again. This time it was 7 types and 1,170 units: short-sleeve tees and removable stickers, plus waist bags, massage balls, tote bags, caps, and sports towels.

More items mean more to keep track of, and the event date cannot slip. Two weeks before the event, the white tees turned out to be see-through. Ten days before, the goods made in China were held at customs over a trademark registration check.

For the see-through tees, we switched to a heavier fabric grade right away and reran production. The customs hold was cleared as soon as SuperWalk sent over their trademark registration certificate and we forwarded it. An add-on order of 30 tees that came in three days before the event was delivered within three days. With sample checks and schedule management throughout, all 7 types were delivered by the end of July 2026.

On the day, SuperWalk invited the O-SEAN team to the 4th-anniversary event. The lineup tied into fitness, with items like massage balls and waist bags, so it was practical, and the people who received it responded well.
