From item suggestions to individual delivery, a Cobak VIP kit coordinated together

Cobak's VIP kit was a project in which O-SEAN, Cobak, and a global IP company collaborated for about 9 months, covering everything from item suggestions to production and individual delivery. It began with a request to make a kit for VIPs, and O-SEAN suggested items and worked out the lineup with Cobak. During discussions, the quantity, budget, items, and design direction changed several times. O-SEAN checked and responded to each change request one by one, and finalized the lineup and design for production together with the client.

The merch consisted of a reusable tumbler, an acrylic keyring, an A5 notepad, sticky notes, die-cut stickers, and a link pen. Including the package box and box sleeve, we produced 8 items at 100 pcs each. The tumbler carries the words Pengu Adventure, while the stationery and keyring feature the characters in a variety of poses. A cute, colorful character sleeve wraps the plain box so the feel of the kit carries through to the packaging.

After final production, we personally checked the individual deliveries to various regions. In their review, Cobak's project manager highlighted that we stayed with them through the entire project, from handling multiple change requests to wrapping up delivery.

This project was a collaboration among O-SEAN, Cobak, and a global IP company over about 9 months.
