Can I order a small quantity?
We make from 1 piece. You can have 1 piece made first, try it on, and then decide your group quantity. Mixed sizes and colors still count as one order.
My event is 2 weeks away. Can I still order now?
Yes. Production takes 2 weeks from proof approval. With a 2-week schedule, though, the proof has to be approved the same day you order. Decide your logo file and print position in advance so you can approve on day one and stay on the safe side.
How is it different from the Light hoodie?
The fabric and size chart are the same, but the closure differs. Both are double knit blending 85% cotton and 15% polyester. This one has a front zipper that opens to the hem, so it goes on and off easily like outerwear, and the front pocket is split into one on each side of the zipper.
Is it brushed inside? When is it best to wear?
No, it is not brushed. The double knit is as smooth inside as outside, so it is a light layer over a T-shirt in spring and fall. Wear it open indoors and zipped up outside. For outdoor events in midwinter, we recommend a thicker product such as the Heavy terry hoodie.
Does it work as staff outerwear or group wear for a workshop?
Yes, it is a popular choice for staff outerwear and group wear. Worn open, it shows the event T-shirt underneath, so it layers well. With 19 colors, it is easy to give each team its own color, and you can mix colors within one order.
There is a front zipper. Where does the logo go?
It usually goes on the left or right chest, clear of the zipper, or on the back. A large logo in the center of the chest would be split in two by the zipper, so we recommend the back for large artwork. Print sizes come in three steps: small 2–10 cm, medium 10–20 cm, large 20–28 cm, and we set the exact position with you while reviewing the design proof.
We need to match our team color. Are there enough colors?
There are 19 colors: seven neutrals, three blues, two greens, two yellows and oranges, four reds and pinks, and one purple, so you can pick one close to your team color. The zipper tape matches the body color, and you can mix colors within one order.
How do I choose a size?
Going by the flat measurements rather than the size name is more accurate. Measure the chest width and body length of a zip-up hoodie that fits you well and compare with the table above. Measurements may vary by up to ±1–2 cm depending on how they are taken.
