Can I order a small quantity?
We make from 1 piece. The price per piece drops as quantity grows, and mixed sizes and colors still count as one order.
How much does the price per piece change with quantity?
At 1,000 pieces, a blank piece is KRW 11,400. Prices for smaller quantities will be published once confirmed. Printing, embroidery and other decoration are extra.
Is the quality good at this price?
It is a 60% cotton · 40% polyester double knit. With no brushed fleece, the weight suits spring and fall, and being unlined, it is a light single layer. It is not see-through and feels soft, so it layers well under outerwear.
My event is 2 weeks away. Can I still order now?
Yes. Production takes 2 weeks from proof approval. With a 2-week schedule, though, the proof has to be approved the same day you order. Decide your logo file and print position in advance so you can approve on day one and stay on the safe side.
How do I choose a printing method?
Choose from four: printing, embroidery, woven label or patch. Within printing, screen printing is the rule for few colors and large quantities, and heat transfer for many colors and small quantities. For a long-lasting logo, go with embroidery. Logos come in three sizes: small 2–10 cm, medium 10–20 cm, large 20–28 cm, and the available methods depend on the fabric and print position. For all four, we quote after the design proof is approved.
How are print position and size decided?
Pick the chest or the back as the main print side, then confirm it with measurements on the design proof. The standard is within 28 cm wide × 32 cm tall on either the front or the back. Two-sided printing and other positions such as sleeves or back neck are decided in consultation.
Will the print crack or fade in the wash?
When the print method suits the fabric, it does not fade easily with everyday washing. Prints usually fade or crack when an unsuitable method is used on a part that stretches. Hand wash inside out in lukewarm water with mild detergent, and avoid bleach and tumble drying.
How do I choose a size?
Use the flat measurement table. There are six sizes from S to 3XL, with body length, chest width, shoulder width and sleeve length in cm, so measure a garment that fits you well and compare. For a roomier fit, choose one size up.
How do I collect sizes for my team?
List the quantity per size, plus a few spares, in a headcount table. We make mixed sizes and colors within one order, so just send it as is.
