Tremolo promo cooling sleeves: 10,000 units delivered exactly on an 8-week schedule

For its promotion, Tremolo prepared one merch item: 10,000 cooling arm sleeves. Once volume reaches the 10,000-unit scale, the biggest variable is keeping the promised date. On top of that, cooling sleeves are not simple printed goods — they carry real-use performance requirements like cooling and UV protection, so fabric selection would decide how satisfying the result felt.

O-SEAN applied a fabric with cooling and UV-protection properties to the product itself, and designed the packaging separately from the material up, carrying the functional concept all the way through. The entire 10,000-unit run was produced within an 8-week schedule starting February 2026.

In the end, all 10,000 units were delivered exactly on the promised date. Following this campaign, Tremolo decided to continue with O-SEAN for its winter giveaway production as well.
