How to produce 11 game IP merch SKUs in 2 weeks at scale

Smilegate needed to secure 11 limited-edition game IP merch SKUs at scale within a short timeline. With 40,000 units to ship simultaneously alongside the campaign launch, and materials and finishes differing across items, this was not an easy project to run in one sweep.

Drawing on years of experience producing all kinds of merch, O-SEAN joined from the design stage. We confirmed specs for each of the 11 SKUs, ran sample reviews, moved to mass production, and inspected every item carefully. T-shirts, tickets, paper coasters, paper bags: items with different characteristics ran in parallel to hit the 2-week timeline.
