Pudgy Penguins summer event merch: 7 items, 2,565 units in 2 weeks

Ahead of a global summer event, Pudgy Penguins needed merch to hand out to participants at the booth. Seven items of very different kinds — power bank, t-shirt, microfiber towel, clear card, acrylic keyring, tumbler, and bag — all had to be secured within 2 weeks to match the event date. They wanted a "summery bag," but exactly which product hadn't been decided.

O-SEAN's MD team turned that vague request into a concrete "summer clear PVC crossbody" and sourced it. The client only had to pass along the item names they wanted; which product to make, where, and how was O-SEAN's job to find and propose. That spared the client the time of searching and comparing countless suppliers. The 7 items ran in parallel rather than in sequence, and per-item inspection standards were agreed up front so the schedule held with no rework. Quantities ranged widely — from 15 t-shirts to 800 each of clear cards and keyrings — but we bundled them into one package, free of quantity constraints.

In the end, all 7 items totaling 2,565 units were delivered within 2 weeks, and Pudgy Penguins prepared its summer event without a hitch. "Name the item, and we handle the rest" — a case that carried a vague early-planning idea all the way to a physical package to hand out at the venue.
