DogeOS merch: 3 items, 800 units — keycap keyring & holographic stickers in 2 weeks

Ahead of an event, DogeOS needed three merch items within 2 weeks. Acrylic keyring, keycap keyring, holographic sticker — a lineup that was anything but ordinary. This project was also DogeOS's first time working with O-SEAN. When you hand a short deadline to a vendor for the first time, the worry of 'will it come out right, and on time?' naturally follows.

O-SEAN ran all three items in parallel to hold the schedule. The keycap keyring kept the shape of a keyboard keycap for a more three-dimensional impression than an ordinary keyring, and the holographic sticker was made to catch the recipient's eye with colors that flow with the light. With the acrylic keyring too, inspection standards for all three were agreed at the order stage, so even in a first transaction the 2-week schedule held without a hitch.

In the end, all 3 items totaling 800 units were delivered within 2 weeks, and DogeOS prepared its event without a problem. A meaningful first-transaction case showing that even a first-time client can receive the merch they want within a short lead time.
