Small-Batch 100 Tees, Same Quality, a 2-Week Reorder

Scrub Daddy needed brand tees for their pop-up store at Lotte World Mall in Jamsil. It wasn't a first order. They'd been reordering the same tee repeatedly, and February 2026 was the third time. The quantity, 100 units, isn't large, but the conditions are demanding. The result had to match the previous orders exactly every time, and delivery had to wrap within 2 weeks.

What's hard about a reorder isn't the quantity, it's consistency. We kept the fabric, print, and fit specs set at the first order on record and reprinted the second and third runs under the same conditions. Since the specs were already proven, we could skip the sampling step, which is how even a 100-unit small batch hit 2 weeks.
