Another Level lenticular cards, produced in 4 business days for a National Gwacheon Science Museum event

The event date was already fixed. Sample to delivery in four business days.

Another Level asked us to produce lenticular cards to hand out at a National Gwacheon Science Museum event. Each card is a photocard measuring roughly 53 × 87mm whose image shifts with the viewing angle. We started with two scenes and added a third. For a visitor, receiving the card at the booth and tilting it is already a small experience.

What the client worried about most was time. The event date was locked before the goods were decided, so there was less time than our standard lead time of five to eight days after artwork approval. Even so, we could not skip the sample. With three scenes, you have to hold the real thing to confirm that each transition lands cleanly.

So we mapped artwork approval, sample check, production and on-site arrival in one pass at the inquiry stage. The sample and the main run were scheduled back to back, and the full process of laminating 100 LPI lenticular PET to double-layered 180g art paper and finishing the coating was completed in four business days. The shipping method was fixed in advance against the required arrival time.
