Can I order team tees from just one piece?
Yes. All O-SEAN apparel except the uniform jersey (100 pieces) starts from one piece.
The same applies to short and long sleeve tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, zip-up hoodies, windbreakers, fleece, coach jackets, vests and polo shirts, and most items let you mix colors and sizes in one order. Unit prices are set by quantity tier, and you can see an estimated price by choosing color, size and print options on each product page.
How long does apparel production take?
O-SEAN apparel is delivered two weeks after the mockup is approved, except the uniform jersey (four weeks). If you approve the mockup on day 1, you receive the order on day 14, and timing can vary with quantity and decoration method.
Deciding five things before ordering, quantity, colors, headcount per size, logo file and print position, helps you approve the mockup quickly.
How do I choose sizes for team apparel?
Choose by the measured size chart on the product page rather than the size name. An L in an oversized fit measures differently from a regular fit, so measure the chest width and length of a garment that fits well and compare.
Most O-SEAN apparel comes in six sizes from S to 3XL, while some items such as the quick-dry tee, fleece jacket and PK polo start at XS, and some oversized items come in M to XL. Because production starts from one piece, having a few people with typical builds try a sample first is the surest way to decide.

How do I choose tee fabric weight?
Tee thickness is chosen by fabric weight (g/㎡) and yarn count. A higher g/㎡ and a lower yarn count mean a thicker fabric.
O-SEAN short sleeve tees range from the light tee at 140g/㎡ (30s) to the basic at 170g/㎡ (20s), the heavyweight at 250g/㎡ (14s) and the vintage pigment-washed tee at 275g/㎡, and long sleeve tees come in the same weight steps. Light colors such as white can show through slightly on thin fabric, so order one piece first if that is a concern.
What works for summer sports days and outdoor activities?
For active events on hot days, choose fabric that dries quickly. The quick-dry crew neck tee uses 120g/㎡ polyester interlock, and the basic PK polo uses moisture-wicking dry PK mesh.
If you prefer cotton, choose the light crew neck tee (140g/㎡). The quick-dry tee is printed by heat transfer because it is polyester.

What fabric are the sweatshirts and hoodies made of?
Sweatshirts and hoodies come in two fabrics, double-knit and French terry. The light, basic and oversized lines use double-knit, while French terry is smooth outside and looped inside, so a single layer feels substantial.
Terry weight rises from the basic terry at 330g/㎡ to the oversized terry at 340 to 360g/㎡, the heavyweight terry at 380g/㎡ and the vintage pigment-washed line at 400g/㎡. Within a line, the sweatshirt, hoodie and zip-up hoodie share the same fabric, so mixing them at one event keeps the texture consistent.
What works for winter events and outdoor team wear?
For cold outdoor events, consider the 380g/㎡ heavyweight terry sweatshirt or hoodie, fleece jackets and vests, the baseball jacket with a padded quilted lining, and the nylon coach jacket with a brushed lining. Heavyweight terry is opaque and substantial in a single layer, which suits winter team wear, and a fleece vest layers over other clothes.
For windy locations, also consider the hooded windbreaker in water and wind resistant taslan.

What works for workshop or event staff wear?
For event staff or on-site work wear, the pocket work vest, a neat PK polo shirt and coach jackets are good fits. The pocket work vest uses water-resistant taslan with mesh front and back for airflow, and polo shirts most often carry a small logo on the left chest and a large one on the back.
How are windbreakers and uniform jerseys made?
The basic windbreaker uses single-layer 100% polyester, and the hooded windbreaker uses water and wind resistant 100% nylon taslan. Both start from one piece and take two weeks after mockup approval, with logos applied by print, embroidery, woven label or patch like other apparel.
The uniform jersey is printed in full-color digital transfer on 100% polyester and starts from 100 pieces with a four-week lead time.
What logo sizes and positions are available?
Logo sizes come in three tiers: small 2 to 10 cm, medium 10 to 20 cm and large 20 to 28 cm. Some items such as tees and sweatshirts can be printed from 5 cm below the front and back neck points up to 28 cm wide by 32 cm tall (based on size L), while jackets, vests and polo shirts each have their own positions such as the left chest, upper sleeves and back, so check the product page.
Embroidery is 2 to 8 cm, and woven labels and patches are 5 cm.
How are logos applied to apparel?
Logos go on apparel by print, embroidery, woven label or patch. Print uses two methods, heat transfer and screen printing: screen printing suits few colors in large quantities, heat transfer suits many colors in small quantities, and embroidery suits logos meant to last.
Polyester performance fabric is printed by heat transfer, and only the uniform jersey is made with full-color digital transfer. The final price is given in a quote after the mockup is approved.
Will the garment color match what I see on screen?
Fabric and print colors can look slightly different from the screen. O-SEAN apparel offers 2 to 27 colors depending on the item, and mid tones such as gray or ivory can look more different depending on the monitor.
The same ink can look darker on dark fabric than on white, so if color matters, order one piece first and check it in person.
How should printed apparel be washed to last?
To keep printed apparel lasting, turn it inside out, wash gently at about 30°C with neutral detergent, and dry it flat in the shade instead of a dryer. Avoid chlorine and oxygen bleach, which damage the print and fabric, and keep the iron off the print.
Care instructions for each item are on its product page, and tentered fabrics such as the heavyweight terry shrink and twist less after washing.
