The event date is set, but the merch isn't decided yet. And it's your first order with the vendor too. Anyone who has prepared a conference or booth has been there. Global Web3 project DogeOS also had to prepare 3 items at once (acrylic keyring, keycap keyring, holographic sticker) two weeks out from its event.
When a tight schedule lands on top of a first-time vendor, it's hard to feel sure it will come out right and on time. This piece is about why those 2 weeks were tight and how the schedule held.

Q1.Is a 2-week deadline really possible with a first-time vendor?
Yes. With one condition: align the inspection standard up front at the order stage.
A first order starts without either side knowing the other's pass line. On a tight schedule, the biggest delay is rework when the result misses expectations. For DogeOS, we aligned the inspection standard for all three items at the time of order, so both sides started from the same definition of what counts as a pass. That's why it came in within 2 weeks even on a first order.
That said, these 2 weeks are possible when the inspection standard is agreed in advance. If design sign-off and revision rounds drag on, the same 2 weeks get tight.
Q2.Can specialty merch like keycap keyrings and holographic stickers also be done in 2 weeks?
Yes. These 3 items are the proof.
The keycap keyring borrows the shape of a keyboard keycap for a thickness you can feel in hand. Unlike a flat keyring, it leaves an impression when you hold it.
The holographic sticker has a surface that shifts color with the angle of light, so on a laptop or planner it pulls a second glance.

Q3.Run 3 items at once and won't the schedule or quality wobble?
Sort out the inspection standard for each item up front and it won't wobble.
Because they run at the same time, we set each item's pass standard at the order stage to keep one stuck item from pushing the whole thing back. Carrying all 3 items in one place ties the progress into a single line, so schedule management gets simpler for the client too.
Q4.What about volume, unit price, and minimum order quantity?
This time we ran 800 units across 3 items (acrylic keyring 250 / keycap keyring 250 / holographic sticker 300). Rather than printing one item in bulk, it was a mix of several items in sensible quantities.
The minimum order quantity is 50 for the acrylic keyring and the holographic sticker, and 200 for the keycap keyring. Tell us the volume, lead time, and purpose together and a more accurate quote comes back faster.
Two weeks assumes the inspection standard is agreed in advance. Even on a first order, align the pass line up front and you can hold schedule and quality together.
Result.800 units across 3 items, all delivered within 2 weeks
We delivered all 800 units across 3 items within 2 weeks, and DogeOS prepared its event without a hitch. A first-order case showing that even with a first-time vendor on a tight schedule, aligning the inspection standard first lets you hold schedule and quality together.

If your event needs several merch items too
If your event schedule is tight or you're hesitant because it's a first-time vendor, just tell us the items, quantity, and date. We'll honestly tell you first whether it fits that schedule.
