The surest proof of a good collaboration is "getting the call again." The Monad merch project began when a client we had worked with before came back to us.
This time, with an event ahead, they needed caps and stickers ready within 2 weeks — and the details they wanted were clear. The caps had to be eye-catching white, and the stickers had to keep their die-cut outlines.

Q1.Why do clients reorder from the same vendor?
Because they have already experienced getting "the details they want, within the promised schedule." What a merch buyer worries about most is whether it will come out right and on time this time too — and once that trust is built, there is no reason to go through comparing new vendors every single time.
A reorder is, in the end, a verdict on the last delivery. If the first project had fallen short of expectations, this call would never have come.
Q2.Can caps really be delivered in 2 weeks?
Yes. While running 200 caps and 300 stickers in 3 designs together, we managed the schedule around what mattered most: the deadline.
Even with two items, we didn't run them separately — we tied the whole schedule into one, wrapping up both items simultaneously within 2 weeks.

Q3.Do white caps come out clean?
White is the most eye-catching color, but it is also the color where the sharpness of printing and embroidery — and the state of the finishing — shows exactly as it is. So we produced them with extra care, so the logo stands crisp and catches the eye even from a distance.
That said, white shows stains easily, so we recommend considering storage and distribution conditions together.
Q4.How are die-cut stickers different from regular stickers?
Regular stickers come out in fixed frames like rectangles, but a die-cut finish traces the design's outline and keeps its exact shape. Character and logo silhouettes stay crisp, giving a more dimensional impression.
For Monad, each of the 3 sticker designs was finished with its own die cut — turning the same stickers into a more polished piece of merch.

A reorder is a verdict on the last delivery. When the experience of getting the details you want, within the promised schedule, adds up — the next order follows.
Result.2 items, 500 units, remade within 2 weeks
Both the caps and the stickers were completed within 2 weeks. Above all, what made this project meaningful was that a client we had worked with before came back to us. A case showing that when the details you want keep arriving within the promised schedule, it leads to the next order.
