A conference booth giveaway: how to prepare an un-ordinary item within 2 weeks

Opening a booth at the KBW event in September 2025, Radius's question was simple: "What should the giveaway be?" They wanted to avoid the usual promo items like pens, eco bags, or tumblers, but the time left before the event was not generous. They needed something memorable and worth picking up at the booth, yet feasible within a tight schedule.

O-SEAN shaped the request for an "un-ordinary giveaway" into a concrete proposal: a toy camera. We held the schedule from the order to the September delivery within 2 weeks. With the timeline so tight, the key was wrapping up sample checks and spec confirmation on an urgent basis.

On-site, the toy camera proved popular and the prepared stock ran out faster than expected. A case showing that an un-ordinary item alone can keep visitors at the booth and leave a lasting impression.

We really wanted the giveaway to be anything but ordinary, and the toy camera was just right. The response at the booth was great, so what we prepared sold out sooner than we thought. The colors came out vivid and crisp too — we were very happy with it.
