Rush coasters in 3 days: keeping 4 campaign items on schedule
Limitless had to prepare four merch items ahead of a campaign. A soccer jersey, an acrylic keyring, removable stickers, and paper coasters: items with very different natures, all needed within a tight 10-day window, and the paper coasters were even more urgent.
O-SEAN ran all four in parallel while managing the schedule. The soccer jersey was made with sublimation printing, laying the design sharply across the whole fabric while keeping it durable through washing and movement. The most urgent paper coasters were rush-produced in just 3 days to meet the campaign date. We managed each item's timeline separately yet tied the overall delivery into one, staying steady even under urgent requests.
In the end all four items were delivered right on the requested dates, and Limitless ran its campaign without a hitch. A case where a tight schedule and a rush job ran at once, and we owned it through to the promised date.
