IRYS Global Conference Merch, 5 Items, 800 Units in 2 Weeks

IRYS had a global conference booth coming up in August 2025. They needed merch to hand out to visitors, and the centerpiece was a plush keyring made from their brand character. The ask was to bring the character to life as a tangible, three-dimensional item rather than a flat graphic. The catch was time. Only about 2 weeks remained before the event, and turning a character into a plush usually takes longer for sampling and production.

O-SEAN floated the character keyring first, locking its shape and colors to the original. At the same time, we ran the other 4 items, hoodie, cap, tee, and holographic sticker, in parallel. Since each item runs through a different process, rather than doing them one by one, we ran multiple items at once to meet the full 2-week deadline.

All 5 items, 800 units, were delivered before the event, and the character plush keyring became the booth's signature item.
