Can we order without a design guide or draft?

Yes, you don't need a design draft or guide. A single logo, a reference image, or even just a vague idea is enough; your manager works out the concept and the draft with you.

How long is the production lead time?

Standard is about 10 business days for simple merch and around 14 business days for kits and packaged sets. Tell us your event date and we'll work the schedule backward from there.

What does pricing look like, and how do you quote?

Unit price depends on quantity, material, print method, and finishing, so it's hard to answer in one line. We send the formal quote within 4 hours of your request on average.

Can you produce character / IP merch? Including for retail?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We make gaming and entertainment character IP merch for both free giveaway and retail sale. One design proof comes as standard.

Can you handle rush production on a tight deadline?

Tell us your deadline and we'll confirm feasibility right away. Items with a locked design and a simple process can run on a rush track. For acrylic molding or special finishing, the same timeline is hard to promise and a separate rush fee applies.

Can I see a proof or a physical sample first?

A design proof before printing is standard for every item, and physical samples are available for most products. For color-critical IP and brand merch especially, we recommend matching color against a printed sample rather than a monitor.

Do you support corporate purchasing, like tax invoices?

Yes, we issue tax invoices, transaction statements, and more. We format the quote with per-quantity price breaks so it drops straight into your approval line. Just share your business registration details and we'll prepare them with the quote.
